摘要
我国的立法公众参与制度初步建立,仍需变革。本文以麦肯锡7—S系统思维模型为框架,从共同理念、战略、结构、体制、风格、人员和技术七个维度分析了我国立法公众参与制度的现状和变革取向,为立法公众参与制度的完善提供了一个新的视角和方略。
The system of public participation in Legislative in china need changes, while its Initially established. The McKinsey 7 -S systems thinking model was used for analyses of the status and changes in orientation of China＇s legislative system of public participation from the common philosophy, strategy, structure, system, style, staff, and technical seven dimensions. A new perspective and strategy was provided for the improvement of the system of the legislative public participation.
