摘要
对经费效益进行评价的最终目的是为了对经费活动的过程及结果得出全面的本质的解释和判断 ,以此向决策者提供决策依据 .用模糊变换理论建立起数学模型来对高等学校 (简称“高校”)教育经费效益的发挥进行模糊综合评价 ,以克服现有单项指标的不足 。
It is ultimate goal of evaluating fund benefit that the policy making basis is provided for the policymaker according to comprehensive and essential analysis and judgement for the precedence and the result of fund movement. An analytical model is created by the fuzzy transforming theory and is applied in synthetically fuzzy evaluation of the educational fund benefit in college and university. It can overcome some faults of individual index analysis and has the results of evaluation be more scientific and accurate.
