摘要
通过使用复合床电解新技术对印染废水色度的处理 ,研究了影响色度处理效果的一系列物理化学因素 :电压、处理时间、滤料组成等 ,并对处理机理进行了初步探讨 .试验表明 :色度 30 0倍左右的染色废水 ,处理电压在 4V左右 ,停留时间 30~ 6 0min ,脱色率 >90 % .
Through the method of three—dimensional electrolysis to the decolour of the wastewater of printing and dyeing mill, a series of physical and chemical factors is studied. The factors involve voltage, time and the constitution is discyssed. The mechanism of the decolour of the wastewater is discussed. The test declares that the decolur of the wastewater of printing and dyeing mill is greater than 90%, as the voltage is 4V,the time is 30—60 minutes and the constitution of the filter stuff is sand and iron.
