摘要
关于人力资本与经济增长的研究文献中,通常只分析人力资本的数量在经济增长中的作用,很少涉及人力资本的投资结构的问题。然而从经济发展的现实情况来看,这种分析方法对诸如＂陕西-浙江之谜＂①之类的现象无法给出很好的解释。论文通过分析认为,教育投资和健康投资是人力资本投资结构中最基础、最关键的因素;在此基础上给出人力资本增量关于教育投资和健康投资的函数,通过拓展的MRW模型基础上进行理论分析和实证分析。
Existing research literature on human capital and economic growth usually analyzes the role of human capital quantity in the economic growth and seldom concerns the issue of the investment structure of human capital.However,from the reality of the economic growth,this analysis method fails to give a very good explanation to the phenomena like＂ the mystery of Shanxi-Zhejiang＂.This article concludes that education investment and health investment are the most fundamental and pivotal factors in human capital investment.It also produces human capital increment function in relation to education investment and health investment,and carries out theoretical and empirical analysis on the basis of MRW model.
