摘要
在高职院校人才培养工作水平评估中,学校档案是评估专家组借以考察了解学校办学指导思想、师资队伍建设、教学条件与利用、教学建设与改革、教学管理和教学效果,以及办学特色或创新项目方面情况,进而对学校的人才培养工作水平作出评价的一种非常重要的信息媒介。学校档案对评估的准备、过程以及结果都有着重要的影响,各高职院校必须采取切实可行措施做好档案工作。
In the working level evaluativn of talents davelopment in higher vocational colleges,college files ane the important information media for the evaluation experts to know the guiding ideology of schoolrunning,the tenchership construction,the teaching conditions and application,the teaching construction and reform,the teaching management and effects,and the characteristics of school-running or innovative project and so on,so as to make the judgement to the working level of talents development. College files have important inflnence on the preparations,process and result of the evaluation,every college should take operable measures to construct effective college files.
