摘要 由于热采水平井的井身结构所限和高温注气生产要求,传统的应用于常温的套损修复技术已经不能适用于热采水平井套管补贴加固的技术要求。针对上述问题,研制了一种适用于热采水平井的套管补贴加固工具,该工具利用液压提供动力,采用金属密封胀头配合加固管进行套管破损位置的修复,具有成本低、实施简单可靠、悬挂力大、密封耐压和耐温高等优点。该工具有效解决了热采水平井生产中后期所产生的套损问题,并在现场应用中取得了很好的效果。 Due to the thermal recovery horizontal well structure for gas injection and production requirements, the traditional application in vertical well casing repair technology has not applied to horizontal well thermal recovery casing patch reinforcement technical requirements. In view of the above questions,a suitable for thermal recovery horizontal well casing patch reinforcement tool was developed, which uses hydraulic power, using metal sealing expansion joint reinforcement pipe casing to repair damaged location. Compared with the other tools, it has the advantages of low cost,simple and reliable processing, high suspension force, good sealing and resistance to high temperature. The tool can effectively solve the thermal recovery horizontal well production in late arising out of the casing damage in the field application, and has obtained good effect, which has broad application prospects.
