摘要
目的:探讨可吸收微型板内固定术修复下颌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:对50例下颌骨骨折患者行手术切开复位,可吸收微型板内固定治疗。结果:50例患者中,除2例感染延迟愈合外,其余均I期愈合,患者咬合关系恢复良好,10例患者术后轻度咬合紊乱,经处理后恢复。结论:可吸收微型板内固定修复下颌骨骨折可达到良好的解剖复位和功能复位。
Objective：To investigate the absorbable mini plate fixation for repair of mandibular fractures.Methods：50 patients with mandibular fracture were operated with open reduction and fixed with absorbable mini plate.Results：Of 50 patients,there 2 were delayed healing of the infection and another were good recovered in occluding relation,10 patients had mild occlusal disorder and recover after treated.Conclusion：Absorbable mini plate internal fixation for repair of mandibular fractures can achieve good anatomical reduction and functional reposition.
