摘要
目的:比较不同Wagner分级糖尿病足(Diabetic Foot,DF)患者自我管理行为现况评分。方法:连续选择近期来诊及住院治疗的DF患者83例,他们分别接受了DF足溃疡Wagner分级(严重度)和"糖尿病自我管理行为量表(DSCS)"评估。结果:83例DF患者中,Wagner分级0级28例(33.73%)、l级21例(25.30%)、2级15例(18.07%)、3级16例(19.28%)和4级3例(3.6%)。高级别DF(3～4级)患者DSCS各维度分及自我管理行为总分均明显少于低级别(1～2级)和0级别DF患者(P均<0.05～0.01)。结论:高级别的Wagner分级DF患者自我管理行为现况评分较差。
Objective：To contrast the current situation Score of self-management actions between different Wagner grading of the diabetic foot（DF） patients.Methods：Data of 83 DF cases in The PLA DiErLingEr hospital during recent to see a doctor and have a hospitalization by continuous selection.They accept the DF foot ulcer Wagner classification and ＂diabetes self-management actions scale（DSCS）＂ evaluation,respectively.Results：Among 83 DF patients,Wagner grading class 0 in 28 patients（33.73%）,grade 1 in 21 cases（25.30%）,grade 2 in 15 cases（18.07%）,grade 3 in 16 cases（19.28%）,grade 4 in 3 cases（3.6%）.Each of the dimension points and self-management behavior total score,the DSCS of DF patients in High-level（3-4） class,were obviously less than a low level（1-2 class） and 0 level DF patients（P 0.05 ~ 0.01）.Conclusion：high-grade Wagner classification DF patients has a pool status score of self management behavior.
