摘要
建国后 ,我国各地兴起了一大批矿产资源性城市。经过 30多年的开采 ,目前许多矿产资源性城市已出现了资源枯竭的现象。资源枯竭后 ,资源性城市如何发展 ,是我国国民经济发展面临的一个亟待解决的重大问题。本文分析了我国资源性城市 (主要是矿业城市 )发展面临的主要问题和衰退的根本原因 ;在此基础上 ,提出了若干对策。
After the founding of new China, a lot of resource cities were established all over the country. But now with the resources eventually exhausted, the cities are facing more and more difficulties in their future development. The paper analyzes the situation of the cities, and puts forward several measures, such as re urbanization, developing non resources oriented industries, etc, to solve the problems.
