摘要
综述了离心压缩机窄流道叶轮的焊接技术,按照成型过程的特点,从流道内焊接和流道外焊接两大类着眼,分析了目前国内外应用于离心压缩机窄流道叶轮的钎焊、扩散焊、开槽塞焊、电子束焊、激光焊及混合EBraze等成型工艺的优缺点。指出对于我国压缩机制造商,一方面需要根据自身压缩机产品的使用工况和材料应用情况,合理规划和有的放矢地进行窄流道叶轮焊接技术开发;另一方面也可以统筹资源,利用好社会资源提供的服务。
Joining techniques for narrow passage impellers used for centrifugal compressor were summarized in this paper. According to the characteristics of the joining process, categorized from the flow passage and outside, the advantages and disadvantages of those joining techniques used for impellers of centrifugal compressors at home and abroad like brazing, diffusion welding, slot welding, electron beam welding, laser welding, hybrid Ebraze and so on were discussed.
