摘要
很长一段时间内我国高校采用固定工资制,严重影响了教师的工作积极性和自觉性,随着经济社会的发展,我国高校逐步采用绩效工资制度,这对提升教师的工作热情起到了很大作用,但也应该看到,绩效工资制度也不是万能的,需结合高校的实际情况量体裁衣,本文分析了实行绩效工资制的依据以及存在的阻碍,进而提出高校应灵活采用绩效工资制度,以期对高校的发展起到一定的作用。
