摘要
目的探讨血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者行血浆置换治疗的护理措施、安全性及其效果。方法回顾性分析近6年来行血浆置换治疗的21例血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者各项临床资料,以探讨其合理、科学的护理措施。结果经血浆置换治疗及相应护理,本组21例血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者有19例痊愈出院、1例复发、1例因颅内出血死亡。结论科学、合理、细致的护理措施配合血浆置换治疗,能有效降低血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者的病死率,促进患者预后康复。
Objective Explore thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura patients were done plasma exchange nursing measures,safety and its effect.Methods For nearly six years the retrospective analysis our plasma exchange line 21 cases of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura the clinical data of patients,in order to discuss the reasonable and scientific nursing measures.Results The plasma exchange and the corresponding nursing,this group of 21 cases of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura patients have 19 cases,1 patient was discharged patients recurred,1 cases of intracranial bleeding death.Conclusion The scientific,reasonable and meticulous nursing measures with plasma treatment,can effectively reduce the thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura the mortality of patients,and promote the prognosis of patients with recovery.
