摘要
在借鉴相关研究成果的基础上,认为体育教师专业道德建设的关键在于确立体育教师"为何而教"的理念。体育教师专业道德不仅仅是对于职业道德规范的超越,更是体育教师对于教师这一职业本质的理解。从教师专业发展的阶段上来看,体育教师专业道德建设在之前教育阶段主要表现为通过,接受师范类的教育,接受体育教师从事体育教学工作必备的运动技能和专业训练,以及养成对于教师"为何而教"专业道德理念的理解,在职后教育阶段主要是结合体育教师专业工作,践行体育教师"为何而教"专业道德理念。
Based on the academic references,the paper proposes that the key to build P.E.teacher＇s professional ethic is to set up the idea of why to teach for the P.E.teachers.The professional ethic of P.E.teachers is not only beyond the career moral standards,but only a comprehension to the career of teacher itself.From the development of teacher＇s career,P.E.teacher＇s professional ethic development is mainly reflected in the following steps.By accepting normal school education,they acquire the sports skills and professional training of P.E.course and understand the ethic of why to teach,and apply this ethic in their practical work.
