摘要
目的回顾分析甲状腺结节的超声表现及鉴别诊断,以提高对甲状腺结节的超声诊断水平。方法对31例甲状腺结节患者行超声检查,对超声图像特征进行分析结果 31例患者中,诊断为结节性甲状腺肿大17例,甲状腺腺瘤8例,甲状腺癌4例,亚甲炎2例。结论通过学习甲状腺结节的超声分析诊断及鉴别,可以提高对甲状腺结节的诊断水平。
Objective To analyze the ultrasound appearance and identification diagnosis of thyroid nodules, in order to improve the ultrasound diagnosis level of thyroid nodules. Methods 31 cases with thyroid nodules were taken with ultrasound inspection, and the ultrasound images features were analyzed. Results 17 cases were diagnosed as nodular goiter, 8 cases were thyroid adenoma, 4 cases were thyroid cancer, and 2 cases were subacute thyroiditis among the 31 cases. Conclusion Through learning ultrasound analysis diagnosis and identification, can improve the diagnosis level of thyroid nodules.
