摘要 利用农作物秸秆水解产物酿造酒精是发展可再生能源的一条重要途径,促进秸秆组分中半纤维素和纤维素的高效、低成本水解转化是实现这一途径的关键和瓶颈。以小麦秸秆为原料,稀硫酸为催化剂,研究了秸秆组分中半纤维素和纤维素的分步水解工艺,通过正交试验优化了酸浓度、原料固含量、反应时间和反应温度等工艺条件,在优化的分步水解工艺条件下原料转化充分,还原糖得率较高。 Making alcohol with the hydrolyzate of crop straw was considered as a potential way to the development of renewable energy.The key to achieve success in this pathway was promoting the efficient and low-cost hydrolysis conversion to reducing sugar of straw components.In this experiment,wheat straw was used as raw materials,and dilutes sulfuric acid used as hydrolysis catalyst,and fractional hydrolysis process of the straw components was studied.The effects of four main factors included acid concentration,total solids content of raw materials,reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated through orthogonal experiments.Under the optimized conditions of fractional hydrolysis technology,high conversion rate of raw materials and high yield of reducing sugar would be achieved.
