摘要
文章从我国应用型、技能型、复合型三类人才数量的缺口调研入手,分析了三类人才匮乏的原因,并有针对性的提出了我们应该采取的措施,以应对我国人才工作所面临的来自国内外的挑战。
The paper starts from reserching the number gaps of application-oriented, skills-based and compound-talented personnel types. On the meanwhile, we analyse the reasons why the three personnel types above are lacking. On the basis, we try to find the measures we should take in order to deal with the domestic and international challenges.
