阐述了横置前驱乘用车轮距宽度布置的考虑因素和关键平衡点,完整考虑了与轮距尺寸目标设定密切相关的动力总成、轮胎选型、安全碰撞和整车操纵性能等方面;应用了汽车理论分析指导和众多统计数据经验总结;得出了轮距宽度布置的实施方法和指导准则;实现了尺寸布置于性能集成的完美平衡,达到性能最优化;经过SGM本土架构开发验证切实有效并成功指导本土各车型的推广和市场化。
The paper expounds the key factors and key balance points of transverse front-drive passenger car wheel track package,which totally consider powertrain,tire selection,safety crush,handling performance,vehicle aerodynamic and mass relative target set.The paper applies vehicle theory analysis guideline and analyzes a lot of statistic data so as to get wheel track width package implement method and guideline.A perfect balance has been stricken between dimensional layout and vehicle performance.It is verified by SGM that the local architecture development is an effective and successful guideline for the vehicle promotion and marketization.
