摘要
目的探究急性根尖周炎的患牙用一次法根管治疗的可行性及短期疗效观察。方法牙体牙髓科就诊患者的急性根尖炎周患牙261颗,选择其中符合一次法根管治疗适应证的患牙205颗,行一次法根管治疗,观察疗效。结果 98.5%的患牙在一周内症状消失或明显缓解。IAE发生率占3.06%。结论在严格掌握适应证的情况下,对一部分急性根尖周炎的患牙行一次法根管治疗,可迅速缓解症状,缩短疗程,效果满意。
Objective To explore the acute periapical periodontitis with a root canal treatment feasibility and short-term efficacy observation.Methods Dental treatment in patients with acute periapical periodontitis week in 261 teeth,which accords with the selection of a root canal therapeutic indications of 205 teeth,a root canal treatment,curative effect.Results 98.5% teeth in a week symptoms disappeared or alleviated.The incidence of IAE was 3.06%.Conclusion The indications are strictly controlled circumstances,on the part of acute periapical periodontitis patients wearing a root canal treatment,can quickly relieve symptoms,shorten the course of treatment,effect satisfaction.
