摘要
以高铝粉煤灰、硫酸烧渣、工业废酸为原料制备聚硅酸铝铁。根据所用高铝粉煤灰的化学与物相组成特点,确立了采用以天然碱为助溶剂的固相热解活性激活法联合酸溶提取硅铝铁的工艺路线,并利用正交试验确定了聚硅酸铝铁最佳合成工艺条件:硅铝摩尔比1∶0.7,硅铁摩尔比1∶0.5,pH值为2,聚合温度为60℃;然后借助XRD、IR、SEM对产品进行了表征,表明制备出了聚合度好、聚体单元大的聚硅酸铝铁;同时进行产品絮凝性能检测,显示出较传统絮凝剂具有更为突出的絮凝性能。
Poly aluminum ferric silicate was prepared from high - alumina - bearing fly ash, sulfu- ric acid cinder and industrial waste acid. Based on the chemical and physical property of the high - alumina fly ash, the extraction process of silica, aluminium and ferrum of "solid - phase pyroly- sis and acid leaching" was established by taking trona as cosolvent. The best synthesis conditions of poly aluminum - ferric silicates was reached when molar ratio of silicate and alumina is 1 : 0.7, molar ratio of silicate and alumina is 1 : 0.5, pH value is 2, polymerization temperature is 60℃. Finally, the product was characterized using XRD, IR and 5EM. The result shows that the poly a- luminum ferric silicate from this fabrication process was of good polymerization and big polymer size. Compared with the traditional flocculants, this new product has better flocculation perform- ance.
