摘要
根据目前国内研制的一般智能化的汽车底盘集中润滑系统存在的不足,提出了基于单片机技术的温度自适应汽车底盘集中润滑系统。通过检测各个润滑点的温度,自动判断加脂间隔,并控制油泵进行合理的加脂,实现真正的无人值守功能。以单片机为核心,设计了控制系统的硬件电路和软件流程。
In the paper, the author proposes the centralized lubricating system for automobile chassis of adaptive temperature based on SCM technology according to the shortage of centralized lubricating system for general intellectualized automobile chassis produced in China at present, to achieve real unattended function through temperature check on each lubricating points, automatic judging of greasing interval and reasonable greasing ofoil controlling pump, thus taking the SCM as the core to design both hardware circuit and software flow of control system.
