摘要
目的观察中西药联合治疗痛风性肾病（GN）的临床疗效。方法200例GN患者随机分为中西药联合治疗（治疗组，100例）和别嘌呤醇治疗（对照组，100例），观察两组疗效、两组治疗前后肾功能改善情况。结果经治疗后，治疗组总有效率为88．0％，明显高于对照组的76．0％（X2=5．90，P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后血尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸水平均低于对照组（t=5．26、4．27、6．01，均P〈0．05）。结论中西药联合治疗GN能有效延缓病程，并有较好的疗效。
Objective To observ the curative effect of combined with Chinese and Western medicine in treatment gouty nephropathy. Methods 200 eases with gouty nephropathy were divided into integrative medicine group （treatment group,n = 100） and allopurinol treatment group （control group,n = 100）. The renal function before and after treatment in two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 88.0% in treatment group which was significantly higher than 76.0% in control group （ X2 = 5.90,P 〈 0.05 ） ;The levels of Bun, Scr, serum uric acid in the treatment group were lower than the control group （t = 5.26,4.27,6.01, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrative medicine treatment of gouty nephropathy could delay the course of the disease, and had a good effect.
