摘要
目前在我国沿海地区,存在违规使用氯离子含量超标的海砂拌制混凝土、而产生"海砂建筑"现象,氯离子超标的存在将对结构的安全性及经济寿命等产生不良作用。本文基于层次分析法,结合"海砂建筑"损伤的特点,建立"海砂建筑"损伤评估模型。结合《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》GB50292-1999、《混凝土结构耐久性评定标准》CECS220:2007等标准,制定"海砂建筑"各项指标的评分标准。基于模糊综合评价法提出"海砂建筑"损伤评估方法,并就该评估方法对一幢四层框架结构"海砂建筑"进行演算,得出用隶属度表示的整体状态评估结果。最后讨论了该整体状态评估结果的分析方法和应用价值。
There are a number of buildings with sea sand in some littoral cities. This paper builds a damage evaluation model of "the build- ing with sea sand" based on the analytic hierarchy process, which combine the damage characteristic of "the building with sea sand". Based on codes of "Durability assessment standard of concrete structures" CECS220 - 2007 and "Reliability identification standard of civil building" GB50292 -1999, damage index and it's grade standard for "the building with sea sand" was constituted. Damage evaluation method was constituted based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and a four - floor frame structure was calculated, which figures out a re- sult denoted by number of overall structure. Finally, analyzing method and application value of the overall result were discussed.
