摘要
哈10-1X井位于塔里木盆地塔北隆起轮南低凸起西斜坡构造,一级及二级固井前均出现井下复杂情况。为解决该区块地层承压能力低,易漏失,水泥封固段长,常规固井方法无法满足固井要求的问题,采用了双凝双密度水泥浆固井,并采用了高密度钻井液顶替技术,以降低施工压力。一级固井采用1.45和1.88 g/cm3双密度水泥浆,封固段为3 800~6 758 m;二级固井采用1.45 g/cm3的低密度水泥浆,封固段为0~3 001.64 m。声幅测井结果显示,技术套管固井质量合格。现场应用结果表明,采用低密度水泥浆配合常规密度水泥浆固井技术,提高了低压易漏井、长封固井段的固井质量。
The well HA 10-1X is located in Northern of Tarim Basin,which some downhole problems are encountered before the first and second stage cementing,such as low formation pressure,lost circulation and long cementing segment,so in this well,the dual thickening time and density cement slurry system and heavy drilling fluid replacement technology are used to reduce operation pressure.In the first stage cementing,the 1.45 g/cm3 and 1.88 g/cm3 cementing slurry is applied in 3,800 m-6,758 m,in the second stage,the 1.45 g/cm3 cementing slurry is used in 0-3,001.64 m.The result of CBL shows that the cementing job quality is qualified,and the cementing quality is improved by this cementing technology.
