烟草靶斑病(Thanatephorus cucumeris)侵染特性研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用室内离体叶片针刺接种的方法对烟草靶斑病菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris(Frank)Donk(anamorph Rhizoctonia solani kühn))侵染特性进行了研究。结果表明:病菌可侵染烟草幼苗茎基部引起立枯病的症状,也可在成株期侵染烟株近土表的茎基部引起椭圆形凹陷斑,又称之茎基腐症;病菌易侵染烟草各个生长期的叶片引起靶斑症状,也可侵染主脉及侧脉引起凹陷斑。光镜下观察病菌在接种6h即可侵入烟草叶片组织,接种24~48h菌丝迅速在细胞间和细胞内扩展,最终导致细胞死亡;病菌适宜的侵染温度为25℃~30℃,高湿及连续黑暗都有利于病菌侵染。 Symptoms caused by inoculating different tissue of tobacco factors in inoculation on hyphal infection of target spot of tobacco cause symptom of damping-off by infecting basic stem of tobacco were were studied, and effects of different environment determined. Results showed that the pathogen can seedling, and also cause symptom of stalk rot disease by infecting stem near soil at adult stage, In addition, the pathogen can cause symptom of tobacco target spot disease by in fecting tobacco leaves from seedling to adult, and cause a sag spot on veins by infecting main and lateral veins of leaves. Infection process indicated that R. solani succeeded in invading tobacco leaves after inoculation for 6h ; the hyphae of R. solani expanded rapidly between and within cells after inoculation for 24 ~48h, and infected cells were gradually dam- aged and finally died. Optimum temperature for infection was 25 ~ 30℃, and high relative humidity and continuous darkness favoured hyphal infection.
