摘要
目的:通过查阅文献回顾神经根型颈椎病动物模型在实验研究中的运用情况,进而评价不同造模方法的优劣。方法:搜索1999年1月至2011年12月中国知网数据库,设定主题词进行搜索,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献。本次研究仅限于中文期刊。结果:共有15篇文献纳入分析范围,发现国内的神经根型颈椎病动物模型主要有2种,分别是福尔马林定量滤纸片法和椎管插线法。结论:造模方法存在干预部位前后不一、动物分组不合理、实验数据有偏差、造模死亡率缺失等问题。
Objective: To review literatures of the application of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy animal models in experiments and evaluate the characteristics and significance of various animal models.Methods: To search CNKI electronic database by setting subject terms,and screen the literatures by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The research was limited to the Chinese language periodicals.Results: 15 papers were brought into the analysis range,and there were 2 kinds of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy animal models: rat appeared to be the most frequently used experimental animal.Procedures had two ways: the imitative cervical radiculoneuritis by formalin and quantitative paper and inserted suture in canalis spinalisused intravertebral nylon suture insert method.Conclusion: Although it has been possible to induce cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in rat through two ways,making the relation to human cervical spondylotic radiculopathy unclear.There were many problems including inconsistentdifferent intervention site,unreasonable animal group,deviation of experimental data,no deletion of death rate and so on.
