摘要
目的:监测根治性子宫切除术围手术期血清钾的变化,以探讨术后补钾的必要性。方法:选择同期住院需开腹根治性子宫切除的患者100例,随机分为两组:补钾组及术后不补钾组,监测其术前24h及术后24h、48h、72h血清钾的浓度。结果:补钾组术后血清均维持在正常水平,与不补钾组比较差异显著(P<0.001)。不补钾组术后肛门排气的时间平均为46h30min,补钾组为38h10min(t=2.03,P<0.05)。结论:对于根治性子宫切除术补钾是非常必要的。
Objective： To explore changes of serum potassium in perioperative period of radical hysterectomy,and to discuss the need of potassium supplement after surgery.Methods： A total of 100 cases with radical hysterectomy were selected and randomly divided into potassium supplement and non-potassium supplement group.The concentration of potassium was detected 24 h before surgery,24 h,48 h,72 h after surgery.Results：Serum potassium was in normal level in potassium supplement group,with significant difference from non-potassium supplement group（P0.001）.Time of gas passage by anus was 46 h 30 min in non-potassium supplement group,and 38 h 10 min in potassium supplement group（t=2.03,P0.05）.Conclusions： Potassium supplement is necessary for radical hysterectomy.
