摘要
开发了一种基于快速成形技术的耐热树脂发泡模具的快速制造工艺,工艺采用了快速成形技术和硅溶胶翻模技术。发泡模具的面层和背层采用了耐热树脂材料。该树脂发泡模具的制造工艺与现在常用的铝质模具的制造工艺相比具有制造周期短,制造成本明显降低,使用寿命略有降低的特点。用该工艺制得的发泡模具的尺寸精度和表面硬度都很高,表面粗糙度好,与铝质发泡模具相比具有很高的性价比。
Based on rapid prototyping technology, a rapid manufacture technology was developed to make foaming mould made from heat-resistant resin. The rapid prototyping technology and the silica sol molding technology were adopted in the technology. The heat-resistant resin materials were used in the face and back surface of the foaming mould. The manufacture technology of resin foaming mould have characteristics of shorter manufacture period, lower manufacture cost and use life, compared with normal aluminum mould now. The foaming mould made by this technology has high dimensions precision and surface hardness, good surface roughness, and has higher performance price ratio compared with aluminum foaming mould.
