摘要
在耐压试验期间及在役增压试验状态下,针对某大型风洞承压壳体开展了以结构完整性评价、缺陷监测和返修部位的缺陷活度监测为目的的声发射检测,得出了风洞承压壳体能够有效开展声发射检测,风洞承压壳体的耐压试验及在役状态下增压试验时的声发射检测能够有效评估结构完整性并进行实时监控的结论。
Aiming at the Large wind tunnel pressure shell,during hydraulic test and increased pressure test,we carry on the acoustic emission monitoring for the purpose of structure integrity evaluation,flaw and flaw activity in reparative part monitoring.Some results with engineering practical meaning that the acoustic emission monitoring can be applied to the wind tunnel pressure shell in effect,and can evaluate and monitor the hydraulic test etc.in real-time are made out.
