摘要
目的:观察传动直丝弓矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ1错畸形病例的临床效果,为探索更加高效、切合中国人特点的矫治方法提供临床依据。方法:选择2009年6月～2010年2月泰州市中医院口腔科门诊就诊的11例安氏Ⅱ1错畸形病例,采用传动直丝弓矫治器矫治,在矫治前后进行X线头影测量,将测量结果进行对比分析研究。结果:11例病例矫治前后X线头影测量结果分析显示,本方法能有效改善面部侧貌,最大限度回收上前牙,测量数据经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.01),疗程最短12个月,最长16个月,平均14.6个月,效果满意。结论:传动直丝弓矫治器矫治性能高效,操作简便、可控,易于推广使用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of transmission straight wire appliance on the treatment of Angle Ⅱ1 malocclusion and explore its mechanism.In order to explore the more efficient,suit the characteristics of the Chinese treatment methods provide clinical evidence.Methods：Eleven Angle Ⅱ1 malocclusion patients in Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital of Taizhou,Jiangsu Province from June,2009 to February,2010 were chosen to treat with the appliance.The results of cephalometric measurements before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results：The average treatment time of 11 cases was 14.6 months,the shortest was 12 months,the longest was 16 months,and the result was satisfactory.Conclusion：Transmission straight wire appliance is correcting performance and efficient,easy operation,control,and easy to spread the use of it.
