摘要
随着医疗行业不断开放以及不断加剧的竞争,医院将需要更多更好的高素质人才,人才的培养方式也会随着对人才的需求提高而进步。依托武汉同济医院现有的护理教学经验和护理部培训考试系统,通过过往的培训内容设置经验和长期考试数据积累,挖掘海量数据背后的决策信息。将个人经验依赖型的培训和考试内容设置经验转化为计算机可控的先进方法,一方面提高学习培训的质量,另一方面降低医护人员终身学习的负担,对医院人才再教育具有重要意义。
Talent is the most essential part in 21st century among all industries. Hospitals will need more and more talented people to support development, the training methods of talent also need to be promoted with the increasing demand. On the basis of nursing teaching experience and the training and examination system in Tongji hospital, this project will analyze the decision facto with data mining. On one hand, translating the experience of constituting training and examination to procedures which can be controlled by computer can improve the training quality, and on the other hand, it can ease the paramedics from lifelong learning, and has a significant impact on the reeducation of hospital talent.
