摘要
通过对4根分别涂覆薄型和厚型防火涂料的I36b钢梁进行防火性能测试,获得了钢构件表面温度与炉温随时间的变化曲线,提出了防火涂料等效导热系数计算方法的适用条件,分析了防火涂料等效导热系数随升温时间的变化特点和取值范围,实验研究成果可为研究火灾下钢结构构件升温的简化计算提供数据基础。
Based on fire proof performance testing of 4 I36b steel beams, which coated with thin or thick fire resistance coatings respectively, the steel surface temperature-time curves and average furnace temperature-time curves were ob tained. The suitabIe conditions for the effective thermal conductivity' calculation method is presented. The character and value range of the effective thermal conductivity for fireproof coating in warming period were also obtained. The experi mental research achievement will provide database for calculating temperature of steel component in fire with simplified method.
