硫酸烧渣煤基直接还原工艺的实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on pyrite cinder of coal-based direct reduction process

摘要 以硫酸烧渣和无烟煤粉为原料,用圆盘造球机造球,研究了粘结剂及其添加量对含碳球团强度的影响,确定了合适的粘结剂及其添加量;用该含碳球团进行还原焙烧,考察了还原温度、还原时间以及配煤量对球团金属化率的影响,确定了最优的工艺参数,即还原温度为1150℃,还原时间为20分钟,C/O为1.15,在此参数下还原焙烧,金属化球团的金属化率可达98.26%。用SEM-EDS分析了金属化球团的微观结构,认为在不影响球团金属化率的情况下,适当的提高还原温度和延长还原时间,能改善直接还原铁的结晶缺陷,提高金属化球团的致密性,进而提高金属化球团抵抗二次氧化的能力。 Carbon-containing pellets were made by disc bailing machine, using pyrite cinder and anthracite pulverized coal as raw materials. The influence of binders on the strength of carbon-containing was studied. Optimal bonding agent and adding quantity were obtained. The influence of reduction temperature, time and C/O on the metallization rate were studied. The results show that with the reduction temperature at 1150 ~C, held for 20 minutes and C/O=I. 15, 98.26 % metallization rate was obtained under this condition. The microstructure of metalized pellets were analyzed by SEM-EDS, it turned out that the ability to resist secondary oxidation of metalized pellets can be improved by appropriately increasing the reduction temperature and prolonging holding time, and the crystalline defects of direct reduced iron can be enhanced too.
