摘要
[目的]探索不同播期下甜高粱不同生育阶段茎秆糖分含量的变化规律。[方法]对新高粱3号和新高粱9号在5个不同播期条件下的秸秆进行糖分测定试验。[结果]2个品种总糖含量总的变化趋势一致,呈升高的趋势,成熟期达到峰值。2个品种不同播期处理拔节期、挑旗期、开花期、成熟期总糖含量的差异均极显著。新高粱3号总糖均随着播期的延后而降低、新高粱9号总糖均随着播期的延后而升高。新高粱3号不同播期处理还原糖含量呈先升高后降低的变化动态。新高粱3号的还原糖含量始终高于新高粱9号。两个品种在整个生育期蔗糖含量总的变化趋势基本一致,呈升高的变化趋势。[结论]新疆,尤其是在北疆新高粱3号糖分积累的最适播期为5月初,新高粱9号最适播期为5月中旬。
[ Objective ] To explore the accumulating regularity of sugar contents under different growing stages. [ Method] The measuring experiment of sugar contents was done to the two sweet sorghum varieties: Xingaoliang 3 and Xingaoliang 9, in the different conditions of sowing dates. [ Result] The result showed that the changing tendencies of sugar contents in two varieties were the same, and present increasing tendency. The maximum value appeared at the maturing stage. There were significant differences between the sugar contents of two varieties under different stages of elongation stage, flag leaf, flowering and maturity. The total sugar contents of Xingaoliang 3 were decreased by being late of sowing date, but it was opposite in Xingaoliang 9. The reduced sugar contents of Xingaoliang 3 showed the fluctuation of increasing firstly and decreasing later. And the reduced sugar content of Xingaoliang 3 was higher than that of Xingaoliang 9. The sucrose contents of the two varieties showed the same increasing tendency. [ Conclusion ] The effects of different sowing dates on the sugar contents of sweet sorghum is significant. As far the sugar accumulation concerned, the best period to sow is within first ten days of May for Xingaoliang 3 and within middle ten days of May for Xingaoliang 9.
