碳酸钙替代聚烯烃白色母粒的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用datacolor测色仪、分光光度计探讨了碳酸钙对聚烯烃白母粒色彩性能的影响。结果表明:用2 500目的 CaCO3替代10%钛白粉制备的白色母粒,其在LDPE制品中的着色性能与纯颜料的性能极为相近,但色差偏大,均大于3;当保持替代量为30%时,1 500目的碳酸钙具有最佳的替代效果,色差达到最小值1.64,具有良好的替代效果。 Substitution effect of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) on properties of polyolefin white masterbatch was investigated by means of datacolor photometer and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer. It was found that the tinctorial power of white master with different content of 2 500 mesh CaCO3 was similar to that made by pure TiO2, but their value of chromatic aberration was above 3. When substitution content was 30%, 1 500 mesh CaCO3 had best substitution effect, and the value of chromatic aberration was as low as 1.64.
