摘要
[目的]对湖北省291份饭豆种质资源的主要农艺性状进行了鉴定和评价。[方法]试验材料按来源进行随机种植,田间观察生育期、花色、成熟荚色等;随机取样调查株高、分枝数、单株荚数、单荚粒数、荚长、粒色、百粒重和单株产量等农艺性状。并对数据进行统计与相关性分析。[结果]相关分析表明,单株结荚数与大部分数量性状都显著相关;分枝数对单荚粒数的影响最大,同时单荚粒数又对荚长产生显著影响;百粒重是最为稳定的产量性状,但容易受单株荚数的影响。另外,结合田间考察和筛选,发掘出了一批对饭豆遗传育种有益的种质资源材料,其中有2份优异的、丰产性好的种质,可直接应用于生产,或作为选育饭豆新品种的优良亲本材料。[结论]湖北省饭豆资源在单株荚数和单株产量这两个性状上有丰富的遗传多样性。
[Objective]The main characteristics of 291 rice bean germplasms which conserved in Hubei Province were investigated and analyzed.[Method]Test materials plant at random which According to the source,Field observation of growth period,flower color,ripe pod color.Random sampling investigation of plant height,branch number,pods number per plant,yield per plant and weight of one hundred seeds agronomic characters.Statistics and correlation analysis the data[Result] Correlation analysis showed that there was siginificatly correlation between pod number per plant and other yield traits;the branch number had the gratest influence on grain number per pod,and the effect of grain number per pod on pod legth was obvious;100-grain weight was a stable character also could be effected by pod number per plant.Using the method of field suvey and indoor analysis several germplasm resources which were beneficial to rice bean breeding,were selected.Two of them were identified as elite germplasms with high yield and good comprehensive characters,they could be directly applied to production,or be used as parent to breed new rice bean cultivars.[Conclusion]The results indicated that there were high level of genetic polymorphism and a broad genetic variation in Huber rice bean resources.
