多球训练是一种有效提高乒乓球运动员技术的训练方法.多球训练的特点:可以通过供球的快慢来控制击球的速度,使运动员能较快地掌握击球动作.节省时间加大供球的密度来提高运动员的动作速率;可以扩大供球的范围来增加击球的难度;可以加快供球的速度来增加击球的强度;可以加快供球的次数来增强耐力等.因此,采用多球训练不仅能有效地进攻及提高技术,增强专项身体素质.全面掌握乒乓球技术动作是一项非常好的训练手段.
