摘要
目的:提高和完善广西特色壮药罗汉茶药材质量标准。方法:建立槲皮苷的TLC鉴别法及落新妇苷HPLC含量测定方法。结果:药材的薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强;落新妇苷在0.07812-0.7812μg内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为107.82%,RSD%=3.38%。结论:提高和完善后的质量标准可以更全面有效地控制罗汉茶药材的质量。
Objective： To improve the quality standards of E. roxburghiana wall method by TLC was established for quercitrin, and RP-HPLC was used to quantify the Method： A qualitative identification contents of Astilbin. Results： The chromatographic spots of quercitrin were distinct with good reappearance. Astilbin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.07812-0.7812 Ixg,and the average recovery was 107.82%, RSD%=3.38%. Conclusion： The improved quality standard can effectively control the quality of E. roxburghiana wall.
