摘要
目的了解广东省的助产士对组织环境管理现状的满意度,探讨其影响因素,为医院改善组织管理环境,促进助产士职业健康提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法对广东省21个市共110家医院的1 018名助产士进行自制式问卷调查,调查内容包括调查对象的一般情况、组织环境管理因素2个方面,其中组织环境管理因素包括人力资源配置、安全设施配备、组织文化、安全防护行为4个维度26个条目。结果助产士对组织环境满意度较低。结合单因素分析结果,多因素Logistic回归分析显示:组织环境满意度受医院等级、年龄、职称、婚姻状况、月收入5个因素影响(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论助产士对组织管理环境的满意度不容乐观。医院管理层应从组织关怀、人力资源合理配置、建立安全工作环境、加强安全操作等多方面进行改进,关心低等级医院、年龄大、低职称、低月收入的助产士,提高助产士对组织管理环境的满意度,降低助产士的职业伤害。
Objective To understand the status quo of the organization environment of midwives in Guangdong province and the related influencing factors and to provide basis for hospitals to improve organization environment. Methods By means of a self- designed questionnaire, a survey was made with 1 018 midwives from 110 hospitals for the general information and the information of organizational environment, the latter of which included four dimensions of human resources, facilities and equipments, organizational culture and operative security behavior, covering 26 sub-items. Results The midwives had low satisfaction with organizational environment in Guangdong province. Multivariate regressive analysis and single factor analysis revealed that the satisfaction of organizational environment was influenced by the level of the hospital, midwives' age, professional title, marriage status and monthly income (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion The midwives' satisfaction with hospital's organization environment keeps in a low level. Midwives' occupational health and security, human resources allocation, secure work environment and operative security should be improved.Moreover, more attention should be paid to low-level hospitals, elderly midwives, midwives with low profession title, well- educated midwives, and those with low monthly income.
