摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定喉舒宁片中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(80∶20∶0.5);流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:室温;波长为215 nm;进样量:20μl。结果齐墩果酸和熊果酸分别在7.31～73.1μg(r=0.999 8)和24.27～242.7μg(r=0.999 7)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为99.61%和99.82%。结论本方法简便准确,重现性好,可用于喉舒宁片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Houyanning tablets. Methods HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C is （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm） at room temperature, the mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid （80： 20：0.5 ）. The flowing rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 215 nm, the amount of input was 20 Ixl. Results The content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 7.31 - 73.1 μg （ r = 0. 999 8 ） and 24.27 - 242.7 μg （ r = 0. 999 7 ）, the average recoveries of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 99. 61% （RSD = 1. 06%） and 99. 82 （RSD = 1. 21%）. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good recurrence, and can be used for the quality control of the Houshuning tablets.
