显微镜下纤维切片图片自动拼接算法

摘要 为了满足纤维检测要求,构建了以互功率谱度量值为目标的配准模型,实现了显微镜下2D图像全局自动拼接算法。该法将统一配准模型中的图像配准过程与全局移位参数的获取过程结合在一起,用待配准图片同时在已配准两幅相邻图片中搜寻最佳拼接位置,有效降低了拼接误差和重复结构区域影响,具有较高的全局对准精度;且此法减少了一般全局拼接算法中非线性模型求解过程,提高了算法执行效率。结果显示,该法得到拼接图能有效保持图像边界纤维截面形态,达到较好的拼接图像效果。
