摘要
将塔式锅炉屏式过热器区域进行划分,对每块区域从面与面和面与体之间的辐射传递原理出发,细致的推导出屏式过热器壁面的辐射热负荷,并结合对流换热原理得到了整片管屏的热负荷分布情况。探讨了不同屏底辐射强度对这种热负荷分布偏差的影响。结果显示塔式锅炉屏式过热器不同层次的管圈显现出外层和内层管子沿程平均热负荷高,而中间层管子沿程平均热负荷低的特征。根据热负荷分布分别给出了处于外,中,内3个圈层次的3条管子的沿程壁温随负荷变化的分布情况。
Get the radiation heat load of platen superheater in tower type boiler base on the principle of radiation transfer between one plane and another plane or one area and one plane. And get the intergration heat load combine with convection heat transfer.Discusing the infuence of heat load distribution by different density of heat flow in front of the platen superheater.The result shows that the outer layer and inner layer of pipes receive a higher heat load while the intermediate layer of pipes receive a lower one.And Three pipes in that three layers of the platen superheater are taken out to discrible their surface temperature.
