1999年松辽流域降雨量与历史资料比较 ,属于全流域性降雨偏少年份 ,其中第二松花江、西辽河、鸭绿江、图们江等出现了持续旱情 ,各江河汛期平均流量也较历年同期明显偏小 ,许多江河为偏枯或枯水年 ,其中辽河干流、大。
The rainfall on Song-liao rivers basin in 1999 was lower than historic records for the whole of basins. The second Songhua river, west Liao river, Yalu river and Tumen river had take place durative ravages of a drought. The average flow of the rivers was obviously poorer than the same term of calendar years. Many rivers were lower and low flow year, and the Liao river mainstream, big and small Ling rivers had take place obviously low water.
