摘要
转向架是影响铁路机车车辆走行技术的关键部件之一。针对企业目前使用的质量管理系统所存在的问题,再结合铁路货车转向架生产制造的特性,该文提出了一种基于精益六西格玛理论、面向铁路货车转向架制造的质量预警和分析系统方案。系统采用统计过程控制(SPC)中的控制图技术实现转向架制造质量的实时监控和预警,通过六西格玛分析方法中的方差分析、过程能力分析、测量系统分析等分析方法对转向架制造质量进行智能、准确的分析计算,在此基础上详细地介绍了该系统的总体设计、组成及功能。
In the field of railway running technology, bogie is one of the most important factors. Combined the existing problems of quality management system which is used in the enterprise with the manufacturing characteristics of the freight car bogies, a scheme of quality warning and analysis system based on lean six Sigma is given in this paper. The technique of control chart in statistical process control (SPC) is used in this system for real-time monitoring and warning the manufacturing quality of bogies, by using analysis of variance (ANOVA) method, process capability analysis method and measurement system analysis (MSA) method to analysis the quality of bogies automatically and accurately. On that basis, introduces the design of the whole system, compositions and functions in detail.
