空气泡沫/凝胶复合调驱技术在浅层特低渗低温油藏中的模拟应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 空气泡沫/凝胶复合驱技术综合了凝胶和空气泡沫的双重优势,在中高温油藏中取得了很好的应用效果,但是在浅层特低渗低温油藏中的应用较少。根据陕北地区特低渗油藏地质储层特征,以甘谷驿油田唐114井区为例,通过室内实验,研究了凝胶和泡沫的注入顺序对提高采收率的影响,并通过数值模拟技术,对凝胶注入量、泡沫液注入速度、空气注入速度和泡沫总注入量进行优化。结果表明,浅层特低渗低温油藏水驱高含水后,优先注入凝胶段塞,再注入泡沫,调堵效果最好。空气泡沫/凝胶复合调驱技术在浅层特低渗低温油藏中具有较强的适应性。 The air-foam/gel flooding technology which combines the advantage of air-foam flooding and gel flooding has achieved well application effect in middle-high temperature reservoirs, however, it is less ap- plied in superficial layer ultra-low permeability and low temperature reservoirs. According to the reservoir characteristics of ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Northern Shaanxi, taken Tang 114 well area in Gan- guyi oil field as an example, the effects of the injection of gel and foam concentrate are studied by the la- boratory test. The injection volume of gel ,the iniection rate of foam combination, the injection rate of air and the total injection volume of foam are optimized by numerical simulation method. The results showed that high water content after water flooding, priority injected gel slug, and then injecting the foam are the best plugging effect. Air-foam/gel flooding technology has strong adaptability in shallow ultra-low permea- bility and low temperature reservoir.
