摘要
建立了分光光度法测定柑橘中类柠檬苦素含量的方法。研究表明,类柠檬苦素与Ehrlich试剂形成稳定的红色配合物,在波长490 nm处测定显色液的吸光度,确定类柠檬苦素的量。以柠檬苦素为对照品,标准曲线回归方程为A=0.888 9C+0.096 6,R2=0.999 7,在0.015 0~0.187 5 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好。方法的平均加样回收率为100.12%,RSD=1.78%(n=6)。
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of limonoids in the extract of citrus fruits was established. Research showed that the limonoids reacts with Ehrlich' s reagent to form a stable red eomplex,its maximum absorption wavelength is 490 nm. Taking the limonin as the standard to get the re- gression equation is A = 0.888 9C + 0.096 6, and the correlation coefficient R2 is 0. 999 7. The absor- bance was linear with concentration of the limonoids in the range of 0.015 0 ~ 0. 187 5 mg/mL. The aver- age recovery is 100.12% ,RSD = 1.78% (n =6).
