摘要
以长庆油田中集站采出水为研究对象,通过离子、溶解氧及细菌含量分析、腐蚀速率测定,并运用灰色关联分析方法,研究了引起腐蚀的主要因素,对腐蚀产物进行了扫描电镜能谱分析(SEM/EDX)。结果表明,引起中集站腐蚀的主要因素是TGB含量、pH值、S2-含量、HCO3-及溶解氧含量;适当提高油田采出水的pH值、加大除硫力度、投加杀菌剂等措施后,系统的腐蚀速率由原来的0.083 5 mm/a以上降低到0.008 8 mm/a。
In this experiment the main corrosion factors of produced water in Changqing oil field concen- trated treatment station was studied. In terms of ion dissolved oxygen detection, bacteria content measure- ment, corrosion rate determination, as well as Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) method. And the corrosion products Scanning Electron Microscope Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM/EDX) were conducted. The results showed that the TGB content, pH value, S2- content, HCO3 -, and dissolved oxygen content were the main corrosion factors. This study indicated that the corrosion rate of the system could be reduced from 0.083 5 mm/a to 0. 008 8 mm/a by increasing pH value of oilfield prodt^ced water appropriately, strengthening the intensity of sulfur removal, adding fungicides etc.
