摘要
孔道压浆料在预应力结构施工过程中起到极为关键的作用,其流动度是保证压浆施工顺利进行的首要条件。试验研究了水胶比、减水剂种类和掺量、水泥品种、矿物掺合料颗粒形貌和粒径分布、搅拌方式及温度等因素对压浆料浆液流动度的影响规律,并从理论上分析了产生这种规律的原因。
The cable grouts play a crucial role in the construction process of the prestressed structure, and its fluidity is the first condition to ensure the smooth conduct of grouting. The influence law of the water-cement ratio, the types and dosage of superplasticizer, the varieties of cement, mineral admixture particle morphology and particle size distribution, mixing and temperature on the fluidity of cable grouts is experimental researched, and the reasons of this law are analyzed theoretically.
