摘要 镁合金轮毂预制坯在精密塑性成形过程中易产生长圆筒端部高低不平和外壁缩孔缺陷。端部不平造成材料浪费;外壁缩孔则影响轮毂制品外观的质量和力学性能,甚至使制件报废。该文针对缺陷成因进行数值模拟,发现是金属流动的不均匀性导致了缺陷的产生;通过改进工艺,消除了成形缺陷,成功制出了合格的轮毂预制坯。该研究对类似产品的精密塑性成形具有参考价值。 Two defects are generated in plastic forming of magnesium alloy wheel hub. The end of the longer cylinder is uneven, which causes the raw material waste; the shrinkage cavities affect appearance quality and mechanical properties of wheel hub prod ucts. Serious shrinkage cavities can make the preformed blank of wheel useless. The causes of the defects were analyzed through numerical simulation. It was the irregularity of metal flows that led to the defects. The defects were solved through process im provement, and the qualified wheels were produced. This study provided some guidance in the forming of similar products.
