摘要
采用圆纸片法对铁钉菜、珊瑚藻粗提取物及萃取得到的不同极性组分进行抗菌实验.结果表明:铁钉菜和珊瑚藻均有不同程度的抗菌作用,其中铁钉菜和珊瑚藻提取物的抗细菌活性较强,而对真菌几乎没有抑菌作用.
Crude extracts and fractions were separated from ethanol extracts from Ishige okamurae Yendo; and Corallina officinalis L. were tested for their efficacy against three kinds of bacteria and two kinds of fungi through the circle agar disc diffusion method. The results showed that extracts of lshige okamurae Yendo.and Corallina officinalis L had different degree of antimicrobial activities. Among these, the Ishige okamurae Yendo. and the Corallina offwinalis L. all showed strong antimicrobial activities against bacteria, but they showed seldom activities against fungi.
