摘要
为了提高学生的机械设计和实践动手能力,激发学习机械设计课程的积极性,现提出了机床拆装项目教学的构想。机床拆装项目教学从普通车床入手,内容包括:主轴箱的结构拆解,进给箱与溜板箱的结构拆解,刀架、尾座和床身的结构拆解,机床的装配。实践证明,机床拆装项目教学的新模式,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
In order to improving the ability of machine design and practice of student,stimulating the positivity of study machine design course,project teaching of machine disassembling is raised.Project teaching of machine disassembling begins from engine lathe,teaching contents include main spindle box disassembling,feed box and slide carriage disassembling,knife rest,tailstock and lathe bed disassembling,machine assembling.The fact shows new teaching model of project teaching stimulates the learning interesting and improves the ability of analyzing and solving problems.
